Advertising with KJB Media

Effective Date: July 9, 2007

Declaration of Revision: This price sheet supercedes all standard pricing information, prior to the effective date, for advertising space on the website pages located within the domain “todayonthebay.com.”

Exceptions: Any pricing information declared by KJB Media after the effective date of the prices listed on this page, representing an advertised term discount, conditional discount offer, or negotiated discount agreed upon by the owner or a managing representative of KJB Media, supercedes the standard pricing specified in the current effective period. Such exemptions must be noted on the client invoice.

Additional Levies: Web-based banner advertising is recognized as a business-to-business service by the Texas State Comptrollers Office and therefore is a non-taxable service.

Banner Advertisements

The pricing structure for banner advertisements posted on the Today on the Bay website are simple and straightforward. The current standard rate for placement of all fixed banner advertising graphic, regardless of size or location, on any web page located within the domain “todayonthebay.com” shall be:

$25.00 per calendar month!

Billing shall begin on the date of placement of the graphic on a “Today on the Bay” web page. All graphics submitted and placed on a “Today on the Bay” web page on or after the 28^th day of the current month shall begin billing on the 1^st of the following month, therefore avoiding conflicts of billing during months with less than 31 days.

Pop-up Banner Advertisements

The current standard rate for placement of all pop-up banner advertising graphic, regardless of size or location, on any web page located within the domain “todayonthebay.com” shall be:

$150.00 per calendar month

Billing shall begin on the date of placement of the graphic on a “Today on the Bay” web page. All graphics submitted and placed on a “Today on the Bay” web page on or after the 28^th day of the current month shall begin billing on the 1^st of the following month, therefore avoiding conflicts of billing during months with less than 31 days.

Basic Directory Listings

Basic directory listings are a free service, courtesy of KJB Media. Each local business may request a single basic directory listing under the category of choice. Basic directory listings may have the business name hyperlinked to a commercial website, where present, and may include a physical address and/or phone number in the adjacent directory cell to the right of the business name (subject to availability of space within the cell).

Sponsored Directory Listings

Sponsored directory listings are a unique tool that offers the client greater visibility over our free “Basic” directory listings. The current standard rate for placement of all sponsored directory listings, in a single directory of choice, shall be:

$50.00 per calendar year

Billing shall begin on the 1^st day of the month following the date of creation of the sponsored directory listing. Clients may request placement of a sponsored directory listing in multiple directories where such placement is deemed reasonably logical.
